It has been a busy weekend for the Polish national team, as they continued their preparations for this summer’s European Championships in France. On Wednesday night the Biało-Czerwone hosted Serbia in Poznań, before travelling to Wrocław on Saturday to face Finland. EKSTRAKLASAreview has match reports for both the 1-0 victory over Serbia, and the 5-0 hammering of Finland.
Elsewhere, I have a little work lined up for the Euro 2016 competition itself, and therefore you’ll be able to find some of my work online – more details to come soon.
Work on the book is also commencing (although due to other commitments and a heavy load of research, at a slightly-slower pace than I’d have hoped), with the working-title of ‘From Partition to Solidarity: A brief history of Polish Football’. I have also been working on a few Leicester City artworks, which have coincided with the greatest season in their (our) history. Hopefully I’ll be able to get a few more of these done before the end of the season.
If you are on Facebook, I’ve recently set up a page for my work, which will probably get updated a lot more regularly than the blog (although probably still not very often). If you haven’t already, I’d be hugely grateful if you could give it a ‘Like’.
